THE HOME
Spread across three levels, this beautiful beachside apartment is situated within the boutique resort complex of Marcoola Sands just a short stroll from the ocean and nearby shops, coastal walkways and playground. Stylishly redecorated, the apartment offers comfortable furnishings, polished timber flooring and white timber shutters for a relaxing break in enviable surroundings. An air conditioned open plan living space on the first level encompasses a lounge with TV and DVD player as well as the kitchen and dining table which seats six people. The contemporary kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer as well as a breakfast bar for casual mealtimes. Guests can also enjoy relaxing time together on the fully covered balcony complete with timber shutters to catch cooling sea breezes and an outdoor setting.
Guests are comfortable accommodated across three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a queen bed, air conditioning, wall mounted TV, built in wardrobe and stylish ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are both equipped with twin single beds, ceiling fans and built in wardrobes. The property also has a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer as well as secure, undercover off street parking for guests use during their stay.
Marcoola Shores is a boutique complex with only eight units and visitors are welcome to make use of the communal swimming pool and BBQ area for the duration of their stay. It is a flat walk to the beach, shops, playgrounds and local coastal walkway, making it easy to park your car and enjoy walking or biking while you are staying. There is also public transport nearby making it easy for guests to access the rest of the Sunshine Coast.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Guests are asked to smoke outdoors only at all times.
THE LOCATION
Marcoola on the Sunshine Coast is a relaxed beachside enclave much quieter than its neighbouring beach towns. Marcoola holidays meanuncrowded beaches and quiet surrounds, giving you and your family time to rest and enjoy the sand and the sun in peace. Just 10 minutes from the Sunshine Coast Airport, visitors can step off a plane and into a beach holiday with no fuss or extended travel time.
Perfectly positioned between the beauty of the Maroochy River to the south, and the bustle of Coolum Beach to the north, visitors to the area can enjoy surfing, hiking, fishing, boating, biking or walking on one of the many coastal tracks, or just relaxing with friends and family at one of the many award winning eateries nearby. Unwind with a quiet sunset barbeque or picnic at Marcoolas open grassy parkland, shady trees and childrens park.
A short drive or bike ride away you will find Point Perry and Point Arkwright perfect for watching the whales, dolphins and turtles swim by. To the north you will find Noosa beach, Hastings Street and the surrounding Noosa National Park where you can take a nature walk and may be lucky enough to spot koalas and other Australian wildlife in their natural habitat.

HOUSE RULES/POLICIES
NO SMOKING POLICY
The apartment is completely smoke free. In the event that any house guest or friends of the guest is identified as smoking inside the apartment, the managers reserve the right to immediately request all occupants of the house up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the house to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night's accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the house.
NO PETS POLICY
In the event that any guest is identified as having a dog or pet on the property, the property managers reserve the right to immediately request all occupants of the house up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the house to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night's accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the house, replacement of any furniture/fixture/fitting breakage, as well as for any required repairs.
NO PARTIES POLICY
Minimum age of paying guest is 21. To ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbours the property must not be used for any parties, functions, schoolies gatherings, weddings or unlawful purposes. If this clause is not adhered to PENALTIES WILL APPLY.
TENANCY AND BAD BOOKS
Coolum Holidays participate in the Bad Books Register. By accepting this booking you hereby agree that if you or any occupant covered by this booking, breaches our terms and conditions, your name, phone number and email address and details of the breach/s may be registered with this organisation. Coolum Holidays reserve the right to cancel a booking where a guest is registered on bad books.
BOND MONEY
Bond money will be held in our Trust Account until your departure.
