Our modern, spacious self-contained studio apartment is located in the very picturesque Town of Seaside at Marcoola. The patrolled uncrowded beach is only a relaxed 200 metre stroll along environmental walkways.

The Studio is 50sqm, features air-conditioning, a king bed, lounge and dining area, bathroom, full kitchen, laundry and balcony for afternoon drinks or meals. The studio is free standing, has its own entrance and parking is adjacent on a quiet, leafy street.

There are two restaurants & a coffee shop within 150 metres, three more within 500 metres including the Marcoola Surf Club & Friday night street food market, all within walking distance. The township has a park with BBQ facilities & seating.

It is a short drive to the local shopping centres at Mount Coolum or Coolum Beach. The area is serviced by good public transport and is close to Sunshine Coast Airport, 10 minutes to Maroochydore & 30 minutes to Noosa.

Aside from enjoying the beach, there are many activities available including a scenic walk up Mt. Coolum. The round trip is about 3km and takes approx.1.5 hours walking time. There are also four Championship Golf Courses within 8kms from the Studio.

HOUSE RULES/POLICIES

NO SMOKING POLICY

The apartment is completely smoke free. In the event that any house guest or friends of the guest is identified as smoking inside the apartment, the managers reserve the right to immediately request all occupants of the house up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the house to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night's accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the house.

NO PARTIES POLICY

Minimum age of paying guest is 21. To ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbours the property must not be used for any parties, functions, schoolies gatherings, weddings or unlawful purposes. If this clause is not adhered toPENALTIES WILL APPLY.

TENANCY AND BAD BOOKS

Coolum Holidays participate in the Bad Books Register. By accepting this booking you hereby agree that if you or any occupant covered by this booking, breaches our terms and conditions, your name, phone number and email address and details of the breach/s may be registered with this organisation. Coolum Holidays reserve the right to cancel a booking where a guest is registered on bad books.

BOND MONEY

Bond money will be held in our Trust Account until your departure.
