THE HOME
Peacefully nestled amongst tranquil tropical gardens is this classic timber home featuring wrap around decks and a fully fenced yard just a few minutes drive from the white sandy beaches of Coolum and Yaroomba. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, this home oozes character, with many original features such as a stained glass window front door and sweeping cathedral ceilings on the upper level.

Upstairs guests can relax in a bright and spacious open plan living and dining area that flows effortlessly through sliding glass doors to an elevated timber deck with outdoor setting and sun loungers overlooking the gardens. The wrap around deck offers numerous options for relaxed holiday reading, with the front deck fully covered providing shade and a relaxing place to recline after a long day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you will need during your stay, with a kettle, toaster, oven, gas cooktop, fridge/freezer and stylish timber benchtops. The comfy lounge area is great for winding down with friends and family to watch TV, or for kids to spread out with their toys and books for the quintessential beachside break.

The master bedroom on the upper level offers a king bed, high ceilings and standalone robe, while the bathroom with shower over bath and separate toilet is also located on this level. Downstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms, one with a single bunk bed and baby cot and the third bedroom with a queen bed. Both downstairs rooms open out to a second living area with extra lounge and large flat screen TV. Additional features of this bespoke holiday home include pedestal fans, off street parking, floor tiling throughout, washing machine and undercover washing line.

THE LOCATION
Coolum is a surfing and golfing mecca, with a carefree holiday atmosphere distinct from its neighbouring beach towns. Its long shopping and entertainment strip has a stunning outlook across a large beachfront park, and its leafy backstreets quietly traverse this beautiful coastal town in constant view of Mount Coolum, a grand volcanic dome that presides over the landscape. A short stroll away from the heart of Coolum you will find Point Perry and Point Arkwright perfect for watching the whales, dolphins and turtles swim by.

Just a 15 minute drive to Maroochy River where you can hire a variety of water craft such as kayaks, stand up paddle boards and fishing boats or pontoons. To the north you will find Noosa beach, Hastings Street and the surrounding Noosa National Park where you can take a nature walk and may be lucky enough to spot koalas and other Australian wildlife in their natural habitat.

The Sunshine Coast Airport is just ten minutes away by car and Brisbane Airport is just over an hours drive away. Easily access everything the fabulous Sunshine Coast has to offer from this central location.

HOUSE RULES/POLICIES:
In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night's accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the house, replacement of any furniture/fixture/fitting breakage, as well as for any required repairs.

NO SMOKING POLICY
The house & property grounds are completely smoke free In the event that any house guest or friends of the guest is identified as smoking on site or in the house, the managers reserve the right to immediately request all occupants of the house up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the house to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night's accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the house.

NO PARTIES POLICY
To ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbours the property must not be used for any parties, functions, schoolies gatherings, weddings or unlawful purposes. If this clause is not adhered to PENALTIES WILL APPLY.

TENANCY AND BAD BOOKS
Coolum Holidays participate in the Bad Books Register. By accepting this booking you hereby agree that if you or any occupant covered by this booking, breaches our terms and conditions, your name, phone number and email address and details of the breach/s may be registered with this organisation. Coolum Holidays reserve the right to cancel a booking where a guest is registered on bad books.

BOND MONEY
Bond money will be held in our Trust Account until your departure.
