The stylish chefs kitchen boasts modern appliances, stone benchtops, walk in pantry, double door fridge freezer and gas cooktop perfect for preparing meals for large families or groups of friends. There is also an eight seater dining table indoors plus alfresco dining and BBQ on the fully covered deck.
A spacious media room is complete with TV and corner lounge, while guests can make use of Smart TVs during their stay to enjoy Netflix, Stan as well as Foxtel. The master bedroom features a luxury spa bath, king bed, direct deck/swimming pool access, ensuite and walk in wardrobe. Additional bedrooms include a guest suite with ensuite, king bed and terrace access, queen bedroom and fourth bedroom with two single beds.

Minimum age of paying guest is 21. To ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbours the property must not be used for any parties, functions, schoolies gatherings, weddings or unlawful purposes. If this clause is not adhered to PENALTIES WILL APPLY.

Coolum Holidays participate in the Bad Books Register. By accepting this booking you hereby agree that if you or any occupant covered by this booking, breaches our terms and conditions, your name, phone number and email address and details of the breach/s may be registered with this organisation. Coolum Holidays reserve the right to cancel a booking where a guest is registered on bad books.
Bond money will be held in our Trust Account until your departure.
