This light and modern apartment provides the perfect combination of relaxed holiday feel and practical day to day requirements. Located on a quiet street one block back from the beach, guests can choose to enjoy the wonderfully private apartment and enticing inground swimming pool, take a stroll to the nearby beach, or head to Coolum Esplanade with its variety of shops and restaurants.
The apartment is well appointed with a large kitchen with stone benchtops and modern appliances, a fully tiled open plan living and dining area and generous covered balcony. The master bedroom has a queen bed, spacious ensuite and direct access to the balcony with fabulous views to the north east. Two additional bedrooms are each furnished with a single bed and share a family bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet.
Air conditioning and ceiling fans provide comfort for those hot summer nights, and guests can enjoy complimentary WIFI access for the duration of their stay. There is also a LG TV and complete stereo system located in the main living room. The laundry is fully equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer, and a spacious double garage downstairs (with internal stair access) provides secure off street parking.

Sea Breeze Villas are located in a quiet suburban street just a 750m walk from the nearest beach access or a short stroll away from Coolum’s shops, cafes, restaurants and patrolled surf beach.

NO SMOKING POLICY
The house & property grounds are completely smoke free In the event that any house guest or friends of the guest is identified as smoking on site or in the house, the managers reserve the right to immediately request all occupants of the house up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the house to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night's accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the house.

Coolum Holidays participate in the Bad Books Register. By accepting this booking you hereby agree that if you or any occupant covered by this booking, breaches our terms and conditions, your name, phone number and email address and details of the breach/s may be registered with this organisation. Coolum Holidays reserve the right to cancel a booking where a guest is registered on bad books.
Bond money will be held in our Trust Account and refunded to your nominated credit card within 7 days of departure.
