A flight of stairs lead you from the front door to the open plan living area which welcomes you with stylish slate flooring and contemporary whitewashed walls.
A comfortable lounge with built in TV, DVD and stereo system has an eclectic feature fireplace and two sun loungers looking out across the balcony. A large, modern kitchen offers guests all the comforts of home with a stone benchtop, breakfast bar with four stools and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, double oven and fridge/freezer. Relax and enjoy meals together at the bespoke timber dining table.
Step out onto the balcony and climb the stairs to the sundrenched rooftop terrace. With views down the coast across the treetop canopy to Mooloolaba beach and a multitude of outdoor seating options, this is undoubtedly the piece de resistance of this property.
The living and bedroom areas are comfortably carpeted and tastefully decorated. The master bedroom has a queen bed, its own ensuite, a generous built in wardrobe, ceiling fan and serene bush views. A second queen bedroom has a built in wardrobe and ceiling fan and shares the family bathroom that is well fitted out with a shower and a bathtub. This home has also been designed with functionality in mind and includes reverse cycle air conditioning, a washing machine, dryer and washing line on the rooftop terrace as well as a Weber gas BBQ for alfresco dining. Perfectly positioned directly across the road from the Yaroomba beach access this property is sure to make any holiday unforgettable.

Pt Arkwright is a small beachside suburb of the Sunshine Coast located between Coolum in the north and Mt Coolum to the south. Featuring beach tracks along spectacular coastline and accessing the northern end of Yaroomba beach, a holiday at Pt Arkwright offers a quieter getaway than bustling Coolum Beach yet is just a three minute drive away. Popular with locals, the coastline between Coolum and Mt Coolum provides plenty of places for fishing, surfing, swimming and relaxing by the rock pools.
Coolum Beach esplanade is just a short drive or walk away and has many dining and shopping alternatives for visitors. There are also parks, lookouts, a coastal boardwalk, library, bowling club, supermarkets and the award winning Coolum Surf Club.
The Sunshine Coast Airport is just fifteen minutes away by car and Brisbane Airport is just over an hours drive away. Easily access everything the fabulous Sunshine Coast has to offer from this central location.

No Pets Policy
In the event that any guest is identified as having a dog or pet on the property, the property managers reserve the right to immediately request all occupants of the house up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the house to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night's accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the house, replacement of any furniture/fixture/fitting breakage, as well as for any required repairs.
No Smoking Policy
The house & property grounds are completely smoke free In the event that any house guest or friends of the guest is identified as smoking on site or in the house, the managers reserve the right to immediately request all occupants of the house up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the house to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night's accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the house.
No Parties Policy
To ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbours the property must not be used for any parties, functions, schoolies gatherings, weddings or unlawful purposes. If this clause is not adhered to PENALTIES WILL APPLY.
Tenancy And Bad Books
Coolum Holidays participate in the Bad Books Register. By accepting this booking you hereby agree that if you or any occupant covered by this booking, breaches our terms and conditions, your name, phone number and email address and details of the breach/s may be registered with this organisation. Coolum Holidays reserve the right to cancel a booking where a guest is registered on bad books.
Bond money will be held in our Trust Account until your departure.
