Situated a short five minute walk from the patrolled beach at Marcoola, this newly refurbished detached duplex has everything guests could want for the perfect coastal escape. With two double bedrooms and a converted garage with sofa bed for the kids or extra guests, there is plenty of room to spread out and relax with friends or family members. Crisp white linen and bath towels are provided while beach towels are available for hire. A fully fenced private courtyard features a BBQ with built in timber seating and esky while an outdoor shower is available to wash the sand and salt off after a day at the beach.
The open plan living area has ceiling fans and all doors and windows are screened to capture cooling cross breezes as they flow throughout the property. A large comfortable modular lounge features a large LCD HD TV and DVD while the dining area seats six and is adjacent to the fully equipped modern kitchen.
Two queen bedrooms each share the use of a family bathroom with shower over bathtub and a separate toilet. Additional features of this fantastic property include a laundry with washing machine and outdoor washing line, a family and pet friendly yard, and the beach, shops, cafes and local restaurants all within a five minute walk. Public transport is only minutes from the door and available to take guests north to Noosa or south to Maroochydore and Caloundra.
The house is situated close to all the Sunshine Coast attractions, with Coolum, Noosa and the Sunshine Coast Hinterland all within a 30 minute drive. There are quality golf courses such as Twin Waters and Mt Coolum just five minutes from the apartment making it the perfect base for a golfing holiday. Other courses are located within easy driving distance.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Guests are asked to smoke outdoors only at all times. This property is pet friendly on application. Available for a minimum of three nights during low season with a minimum of five preferred for mid and high seasons. Short-term accommodation is also available for discounted rates.

Unwind with a quiet sunset barbeque or picnic at Marcoola’s open grassy parkland, shady trees and children’s park.
A short drive or bike ride away you will find Point Perry and Point Arkwright – perfect for watching the whales, dolphins and turtles swim by. To the north you will find Noosa beach, Hastings Street and the surrounding Noosa National Park where you can take a nature walk and may be lucky enough to spot koalas and other Australian wildlife in their natural habitat.

NO SMOKING POLICY
The apartment is completely smoke free. In the event that any house guest or friends of the guest is identified as smoking inside the apartment, the managers reserve the right to immediately request all occupants of the house up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the house to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night's accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the house.
NO PARTIES POLICY
Minimum age of paying guest is 21. To ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbours the property must not be used for any parties, functions, schoolies gatherings, weddings or unlawful purposes. If this clause is not adhered to PENALTIES WILL APPLY.

Coolum Holidays participate in the Bad Books Register. By accepting this booking you hereby agree that if you or any occupant covered by this booking, breaches our terms and conditions, your name, phone number and email address and details of the breach/s may be registered with this organisation. Coolum Holidays reserve the right to cancel a booking where a guest is registered on bad books.
Bond money will be held in our Trust Account until your departure.
