There is a fabulously large pool and outside setting which includes dining area and BBQ. At night you can enjoy your meal and relax over a glass of wine by the pool.
It has two very large decks overlooking the pool and Stumers creek.
Why not go crabbing and fishing off our own private jetty. There are mud crabs and Mangrove Jacks at your door step.
The property is fully fenced at the rear, where is leads on to the creek and provides your pets and children with suitable security. The garden is a delightful oasis and you will find that you could actually be in your own tropical island.

To ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbours the property must not be used for any parties, functions, schoolies gatherings,weddings or unlawful purposes. If this clause is not adhered to PENALTIES WILL APPLY.
Tenancy and bad books:
Coolum Holidays participate in the Bad Books Register. By accepting this booking you hereby agree that if you or any occupant covered by this booking, breaches our terms and conditions, your name, phone number and email address and details of the breach/s may be registered with this organisation. Coolum Holidays reserve the right to cancel a booking where a guest is registered on bad books.
Bond money will be held in our Trust Account until your departure.
